Drilling oil concentrate is a cooling lubricant for metalworking applications. It is free from nitrite and secondary amines. The manufactured oil in water emulsions is stable against infestation with bacteria, fungi, and yeasts due to special selected emulsifiers and additives. Concentrated drilled oil has to be added up to 5-10% to clean water. It results in a stable white emulsion. The concentrate durability is at least six months.
